Q. How to register to get the full version?
A: Frist you need to buy the product by clicking "Buy Now" on the main interface to place an online order. When you receive your order confirmation email from us, please do steps below. 1) Install lastest version of demo version first, run the demo version on desktop at least once. 2) Download and install register version. 3) Run the reg version on desktop. 4) Click 'Register' button to popup register dialog box. 5) Copy and paste in registered name with your registered name in the mail. 6) Copy and paste in registered code with your registered code in the mail. 7) Click 'OK' button to finish register process.

Q. Your All to MP3 Converter fails with my .ram file conversion. What's wrong?
A: Please make sure the following checks: 1) Realone Player is installed on your machine. 2) Directx 9.0 runtime Windows Media Player are installed (which you can obtain from our website.) 3) The size of your ram file. If the size is smaller than 1 KB, you can be sure this is a download link only. In that case, please open the ram file with Notepad or other text editor to see a url list. Download the actual audio source and then began convertion.

Q: I can open wmv file or asf file, but can't be converted to dvd or other format?
A: The software is powered by Microsoft DirectX 9, so please install DirectX 9 runtime before convertion.

Q: Can't open some avi file and convert.
A: Your computer should install video decoder for divx, xvid or other format. Download DivX decoder, Xvid decoder.

Q: Can not convert rm to avi or other video format, what's wrong ?
A: You must install RealOne Player software before converting rm to other video format. So you should download the software from Real.com. It is a free software for you.

Q: No sound while preview Video file?
A: The software can't get enough audio data from rm while playback. So only playback image of video.

Q: No sound ?
A: In most time, AVOnesoft - AVI to DVD/VCD/SVCD/MPEG Converter will convert video first, and then convert audio, and finally mix video and audio to a valid media file. So if you cancel the conversion, the output file maybe no sound. Unregistered trial version will cancel the conversion in 2 minutes, so you will get no sound on large file conversion. Registered version do not have this problem.

Q: Can't import rm/rmvb file to the software and can't be converted.
A:Have you installed RealPlayer v10.5 and directx 9.0 before converting? The software need it. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.aspx If your rm file's size is very small, maybe it is a text file, you can open it with text editor. Download original ram file. If it is original rm file, please try 'AVOnesoft RAM Converter' in same folder of the software.
